Our affordable, one-day self-defense courses focus on enhancing physical readiness while also fostering mental and emotional strength. Upon completion of our R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) self-defense program, you become part of a global community, gaining the freedom to join classes worldwide at no additional cost.
