We believe every woman has the right to safe adventures and the ability to confidently defend herself, and our services reflect this commitment to safety and empowerment.
Curriculum: Our instructor, part of a global network of certified professionals, are dedicated to providing comprehensive and practical education in self-defense techniques. The R.A.D. Systems offer structured and hands-on training that encourages personal growth and empowerment, challenging society to embrace a world where violence is unacceptable.
Day Outline: Three 3-hour sessions, including two 15-minute breaks, and a 30-minute lunch break.
What to bring/wear:
Bring - Refillable water bottle, and sack lunch!
Wear - Athletic/comfortable clothing you can move in, athletic shoes (no slides or flip-flops).
